ACCOUNT manager
Kielo Digital was started in February 2020, and we're starting our search for the right Account Manager to join our boutique agency, likely in Q1 of 2022 as freelance, with the goal to turn this full time by the end of Q2 2022.
As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal part in running the day-to-day and long-term management of our 20+ B2B and B2C clients. In this role you ensure a smooth running of projects through our team, while offering our clients the attention, strategic partnership, and support we pride ourselves on.
What’s Kielo Digital All About?
We focus on helping small businesses and startups with their digital marketing efforts, and work on strategy projects that turn into long-term retainer clients. Most of our clients are either focused on e-commerce products, sales of services within beauty, food and beverage, hospitality, or professional services (B2B).
We're based in Brooklyn, but the position is remote.
Responsibilities
Client-side:
Serves as a liaison between client, agency and all disciplines
Guides the day-to-day development within approved scopes
Communicates clearly and frequently with client
Networking, meeting and vetting of potential clients
Onboarding new clients, and building out project scopes and timelines
Builds and nurtures strategic partnerships with our existing clients
Attends all client meetings and is responsible for accurate and timely follow-up
Internal:
Communicates effectively with our social media managers, social media coordinators, strategy leads, and graphic design freelancers. Understands social strategy and creative processes, and knows how to judge the work to provide constructive feedback
Supports leadership in streamlining processes for internal and external projects, to help grow the company
Mentors and supports internal junior teams on client communications and work, as needed
Qualifications
Experience and familiarity with social media and SEM campaigns
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field
3+ years of agency-side experience in client services
Proactive attitude, coming to meetings prepared with ideas
Self sufficient, with a team-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills
Detail oriented
Happy to multitask between clients
